| Welcome to Sparky’s Cantina, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy- free foods inspired by Chef Sparky, the little dog who loves to cook. Sparky was a rescued shelter dog, who now lends his talents to raise funds for Whisper’s Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit lifetime Sanctuary for unwanted and retired animals. Sparky’s mission is to help spread the word of kindness to animals, and remind people that good food doesn’t have to contain meat. All income from Sparky’s Cantina is donated to the animals at the Sanctuary, for their food and health care expenses. The Cantina mobile food unit currently serves salads, sandwiches, hot & cold foods, soft-serve sorbet & homemade desserts. We have a whole line of specialty allergy-free vegan desserts that are free of the top 8 allergens including gluten, and also do not contain milk, eggs or refined sugar. We are available for special-event catering in Southern Arizona. Inquire about retailing our products in your store! Look for us at events in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Sonoita, and Patagonia.
